This blue-veined cheese features a mild but still pronounced smoke cured finish, and we’re extremely proud to offer it to you. A great starting point for those unaccustomed to veined cheeses, the smoke not only beautifully complements the base cheese, but also covers a fair amount of the “funk” typically associated with this style. The result is a wonderfully bright, acidic cheese with plenty of smoke flavor and just a hint of blue cheese funk.
