We can thank our neighbors across the pond for the development of marbled cheeses. While the Brits originally blended Cheddar varieties, here in the States, Colby with Monterey Jack is by far the most common pairing. You’ve doubtless seen this mottled cheese on trays at parties or picnics, and ours doesn’t disappoint. Mild and creamy, Jacko is a classic crowd pleaser that will add a fun visual twist to your next party platter.
