For a hard, aged cheese, Grand melts remarkably well, making it a perfect fondue base and a great complement to soups or baked dishes. For it to truly shine, though, we recommend enjoying it on its own straight off the block. Serve as the focus of a cheese plate with dried fruit and candied nuts – we guarantee your guests will be thrilled. Several of our cheeses have accumulated multiple awards and Best in Class ribbons, but this one has a very particular feather in its cap: It was the overall winner of the 2016 World Championship Cheese Contest.
